Request This ServiceViscotaq Casing Filler 95 is delivered to the casing in a “Heat Traced ISO Tank” container pumped in liquid form. The liquid form is only to enable the product to flow into the annulus. Once it is in and left to cool down, it will turn into its natural Viscous Elastic state: Not Solid, not liquid but viscous and will not dry up. Viscotaq Casing Filler 95 will also prevent internal corrosion of the casing pipe from Cathodic Protection currents (Due to the high electric insulation resistance preventing pass of electric currents). The Viscotaq Casing Filler 95 has high specific electrical insulation resistance which prevents the passing of electrical currents.

Installation & Assembly
- Drum heaters for 55 gallon drums
- Preheat the necessary amount of product with the drum heaters prior to the job. The product should be liquefied and minimum 150 F
- Install the casing end seals according to the procedure on each end of the casing
- Connect the 3 feet 2 inch pipe and filling reservoir on the inlet of the casing
- Connect the hose of the drum pump on the inlet valve and load the drum pump with the 55 gallon drum of Viscotaq Casing Filler
- Ensure the outlet valve is open Start pumping until the drum is empty and/or the casing is filled
- Disconnect the hose from the inlet at the reservoir. Close the valve at the outlet
